What "platform"would you stand on if running for President? For example, we decided yesterday, while trying to take a much needed and anticipated nap, that my husband would run for President on the "Day of Rest"platform. There would be no chainsawing, weedeating, mowing, taking trashcans to the curb, etc from the hours of 12-4 on Sunday afternoon. If someone chose to participate in these noisy tasks, they would be fined. All monies would be used to buy pillows for the homeless. His tag line would be: "I won't rest until you rest!"

How many times have you wondered how other people feel or think about a particular situation or topic but don't really want to ask around? Well, that is what has prompted this blog. I've wondered if I am the only parent who.... Or am I the only spouse who.... the only employee....the only Christian...woman...daughter.... So, now I would like to find out. Some of these questions will be silly, some insignificant, but hopefully some will make you think and really look at yourself. Please don't be afraid of the tough ones. Those are the ones that make us grow. And have fun with the light ones. So, now that you have the background, I think you should know the rules for the blog. 1. All comments should be left anonymously. 2. Just because the comments are anonymous is NOT an excuse to leave an inappropriate or judgemental remark. 3. It is fine for a healthy dialog to take place in the comments section, but keep it clean, impersonal, and on track. 4. If you recognize someones answer, please keep it to yourself. 5.
