Think about all of the hate in the world, and disease, and ethnic cleansing that happens, and refugees, and hunger, and crime, and fear and all you've got is Obama and people (many of whom are fine, upstanding church-goers as I imagine you to be) who support him?

Would Native Americans have lost their land and slavery ever begun if not for the arrogance of white settlers?

I think that when we get wrapped up in our arrogance, or over-confidence, THAT is when our hearts are ripe for Satan to come in and wreack havoc on not just our own lives, but those of others as well.
yeah, 10:03. I WOULD have had the same reaction. The President of the United States is in NO WAY the greatest threat to mankind, no matter what his leanings are. There are, as 6:11 says, way more important, serious, and insidious things to worry about in the world.
And this: Of course you're allowed to have your own opinion. I'm not denying you the right to you opinion. I'm just disagreeing. You have the freedom to disagree, and that's fine. I have the freedom to judge your opinion, as you have the right to judge mine. No one's cutting you off or restricting your access or curtailing your freedom of speech.
It's called "disagreement" and it's natural and normal. I'm sure if we were face to face, we would both be more respectful and polite. But there's a certain liberation in not having your name attached, isn't there?

If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans , would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive? Can't think of anything? Don't worry. He's done all this in 5 months -- so you'll have three years and seven months to come up with an answer.

Hey, 11:36. That's a great list of all the misdeeds of our current president.
But it doesn't make him (or ANY President, based on their misdeeds) the "greatest threat to mankind," as the question asks.
Go find somewhere else to peddle your hate and paranoia.

I agree, 12:25. Instead of 5 months, I wonder what the Obama-haters would say to an eight-year list of the sins of W? Between starting two wars and driving the jobless rate into the rafters, seems to me that ol' Dub's a BIGGER threat to mankind. I mean, look at all the people he killed or pink-slipped.
11:36 listed around 20 things from 5 months. My list is in the millions; one for every needlessly dead soldier and civilian and out-of-work American caused by W and his Posse of Unilateral Cowboys in the previous 8 years.

This is off topic, but I find your phrase "needlessly dead soldier" to be incredibly insulting. Especially to those service members who have lost their lives.
The biggest threat to mankind has been on display all throughout the answering of this question.
From what I read there, "needlessly dead" doesn't denigrate the soldier, his/her sacrifice, attention to duty, or dedication. In the context of the answer, that phrase places the responsibility for the death of the soldiers at the feet of Bush, who lied repeatedly to get us into one unnecessary war, and another which he failed to bring to a close in keeping with his stated objective.
Our soldiers are doing their jobs, and doing them well. But I blame Bush for their deaths.
Bush started wars?!!! That's right the terrorists didn't crash planes into the twin towers, or crash other planes carrying innocent passengers. He started his first term under terrible stress. Did you want him to not do everything he could to protect our country?
12:58, Just a reminder, Saddam Hussein didn't organize those plane attacks and Bin Laden has never been in Iraq.
It is insulting when it's your loved ones that are there.
